Hotel Kristal in Umag
Male receptionists are very professional, the woman at the reception is a real "bamby" -doesn't have a clue about her job. Kind and professional personnel at breakfast. Quite good food. Far too small rooms. Complete restoration needed. Too few activities - there is nothing exept a swimming pool
